Divided over three levels, underground, ground floor and first floor, with a large garden with private swimming pool for adults and children’s pool, the villa is surrounded by olive trees, and offers a covered terrace with marble BBQ and outside dining area for your al fresco Dinners

On the ground floor, is located the living room with Sofas, Smart TV and fireplace; a double bedroom with two single beds, a large bathroom with shower

In the same floor there is also a space with the air hockey game where guests can enjoy their time during the holiday

There is also a dining area where guests can eat all toether and a big italian style kitchen which opens into the terrace with the BBQ area

On the first floor, there are the other 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed, a large smart TV, air condition, en suite bathroom with bath, a closet room and a balcony with the amazing sea view and view of the islands

The other two rooms are respectively one with 2 single beds, wardrobe, smart TV, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower and balcony and the other bedroom with double bed en suite bathroom with shower, wardrobe, smart TV, air conditioning and balcony with sea view

On the underground floor there is a Cinema room with projector to enjoy movies during the stay, a gym room, a loundry room and the Garage for 3 cars

From the garage it is possible to access the villa via a lift that passes through all floors of the villa
